marketing@media: taking over responsibility – internationally

You’ve already gained some work experience in media marketing? And now you’d like to be part of an international direct-to-customer business with a wide range of media products? Win us over with your talent and your spirit – in DirectGroup’s marketing@media program - the perfect start to your international media marketing career.

The basics:

In the space of 18 months, we introduce you to the various areas of marketing as you work on different projects within DirectGroup, in Germany and abroad . Your progress will be monitored by one of our top managers, who will act as your mentor und individual coach during this period. In addition to your projects you and the other marketing@media participants will design and implement an international marketing project for DirectGroup.

Your qualifications:

  • You completed your degree quickly and with excellent results. Additionally, you already gained relevant experience through internships or professional experience in the field of strategic marketing.
  • You have spent several months abroad, acquiring intercultural competence. You are confident with the German language and speak and write English fluently – and ideally a further foreign language.
  • You combine strong team skills with initiative of your own - you have a flair for people and communication, and are internationally mobile and flexible.
