Your application for the DirectGroup’s marketing@media programme
Please submit your completed application to us online, by e-mail or regular mail. We will get back to you within two weeks if your application is being considered.
If that is the case, we will invite you to meet us in person; usually for two interviews. The first is with the Head of Human Resources, the second with a peer, usually a participant or alumnus of our marketing@media programme.
If the interviews were successful, if you are enthusiastic about the DirectGroup and we are enthusiastic about you, we will ask you to give a presentation – our CEO, the EVP HR and perhaps another Managing Director will see the presentation. You have the chance to present on a topic of your choice, and discuss your topic with the audience. Afterwards, we will make the decision whether we can offer you a job.
