What is your "pet project"?
My pet project in 2006-07 was Tu Circulo, our Children’s Club, which has been yielding great results specially in the area of loyalty. In 2007-08 my pet project was starting Circulo’s Cooperation Business from scratch and then taking it to the next level. Results so far have been encouraging, moving from zero contribution in 2006 to 1.2 million in 2007 and a target of 2.5m in 2008.
